Lusinco Electroplating Brass

Electroplated brass is used as a decorative finish on ferrous metals. On steel it is usual to apply an initial deposit of copper and nickel. Corrosion protection is provided by means of the initial electrodeposites.  To prevent brass from rapid tarnishing, clear lacquer can be used to slow the process down.
